기계적인 부분 보는 눈이 없어서 평하기 뭐한데, 다 좋습니다
알루미늄 몸체도 잘 깎였고 아노다이징도 매끈하니 흠잡을 데 없이 잘 된 것 같고 나사도 부드럽게 잘 돌아갑니다
반사경도 XM-L 에 딱 들어맞고 LED 위치 잡아주는 플라스틱 부품도 있고...
빛 모양은 가운데 집중광이 있긴 한데 많이 퍼집니다. 일상 용도로 쓰기엔 적당한 듯 합니다
스위치는 조립되어 있어서 손 안대도 되고
드라이버를 방열판(LED엔진 구리블럭)에 눌러 고정해 주는 금속 링이 들어있어서 따로 납땜 작업하지 않아도 됩니다
제 실력이 모자라 드라이버와 방열판을 깔끔하게 납땜 하기가 어려웠는데 저 부품 참 맘에 드네요
- 사진을 대충 보고 당연히 3단 분리겠지 하고 받아봤는데 2단 입니다
조립하는 정석은 아마 앞에 은색 베젤링을 고정 시키고 배터리 넣는 쪽으로 반사경, LED블럭을 집어넣고
돌려서 고정 시키는 것 같은데 저는 도구가 없어서 고생 좀 했습니다
2단 분리라서 배터리 튜브가 긴 탓에 핀셋은 좀 약할 것 같고,
스냅링 플라이어가 저 정도로 깊게 들어갈 정도로 가늘고 긴 게 있던가요?...
도구를 따로 만들어서 조립을 해야 하는 건지...
여튼 LED블럭을 배터리 튜브 가운데 대충 고정 시키고 앞쪽으로 반사판 집어넣고 베젤링을 돌려보면서
간격이 딱 맞을 때까지 한 열 번 정도 시도해서 성공했습니다
- 베젤링, 테일캡 오링 넣는 부분이 빡빡합니다
앞에 베젤링 오링은 빠뜨리고 보내주셔서 가지고 있는 걸 넣었는데
AA 라이트용 지름 14mm, 굵기 1mm 정도의 가느다란 오링이 잘 맞습니다
테일캡 쪽엔 보통 AA 라이트에 사용하는 14mm, 굵기 1.5mm 되는 걸 늘려서 끼워야 하는데도 좀 뻑뻑합니다
18650 라이트용 16mm 오링으로 교체해봤는데 씹혀서 삐져나옵니다
- 스위치는 고용량 범용 스위치인지 힘이 좀 들어갑니다

주소에 있는 것과 비슷한 스위치인데 직사각형이 아니라 정사각형 리버스 스위치이고
스위치를 덮은 뚜껑 같은 검은 플라스틱으로 스위치 고무를 눌러줍니다
가능하면 가벼운 걸로 바꿔볼까 했는데 부품이 없고 품이 많이 들 것 같아서 그냥 쓰기로 했습니다
처음 딸깍 하고 걸리기까지 조금 깊게 들어가면서 힘이 살짝 들어 갑니다만
밝기 바꿀 때는 손가락 탁탁 치는 느낌으로 눌러도 될 정도로 가볍습니다
